Three years ago I would have not imagined myself being part of an army of young adults hungry for the impartation and manifestation of the Holy Spirit. I had gone to many conferences for youth years before but never experienced the power of God in such a manner. For the “Transfer”, God literally transferred my spiritual life to another level, that I would have never thought I could reach. For “City Takers” the last day of the conference God took over so powerfully, when P.Frank, P. Melina, and P.Andy prayed for the youth I was on the floor crying out and feeling hunger for the souls.
I can’t wait for “Consuming Fire”, it’s going to be the highlight of my life! I believe it and I know that we’ll see greater things than what we’ve seen in the past conferences. I don’t even know what the Lord is planning for this year’s conference, but all I know is that it is going to be the best ever. After “City Takers” last year, I cant even imagine what this year is going to be like! Last year was so amazing! I was completely changed, and transformed! My whole life and destiny were changed! The impartation I recieved at CGC 08: City Takers will forever be a part of my life!! It was truly life-changing!
Now..2009….Consuming Fire!!! I have been waiting for this conference since City Takers finished! Just the title! CONSUMING FIRE!!! Wow!!! My spirit is expecting! Im ready! If your thinking about coming..dont even think! Believe me just come! I challenge every youth leader, pastor, minister, to take a step of faith! Come! WOW!! This year’s conference is by far the one that I feel the most expectancy for in every way!! The last 2 conferences called “the transfer” and “citytakers” transformed my life and got me to understand what my purpose is as young person serving God! I have never been the same since both conferences. In the transfer, I was imparted the “supernatural power of God!” At CityTakers, I was imparted “an apostolic anointing to take over any city, neighborhood, university, territory that I go to for the kingdom of God! I was amazed how many youth pastors came with their young people from different states across our nation and from other countries hungry to receive from God!!! All of them left full with all they wanted and more!!! THIS YEAR’S CONFERENCE IS GONNA BLOW OUT OF THE WATERS ALL PAST CONFERENCES WE’VE HAD!!!! I EXPECT NOTHING LESS!!! THE GLORY OF GOD IS HERE AND THIS IS OUR 1ST CONFERENCE UNDER THE GLORY OF GOD!!!!! OMG!!!! THAT’S JUST CRAZY!!!! NO ONE CAN MISS THIS!!!!! SEE YOU THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last years conference was such a blessing in my life. It was the best investment I have ever made in my life. I know that my life changed completly, things that I delt with were not even a problem anymore. God did fresh and new things. I believe that there was a shift in the airs for the souls, we left cgc 08 wanting to take over the city, not only the city but the world. Now CGC 09 is around the corner and I believe that the Glory of God will fall in such a visible and tangible way that everyone that attends will be able to see, and touch, for themselves. Wow! I’m so excited for this years conference because i know that we are in another dimension of Glory, so I know that our Conference will be in that dimension as well. DON’T MISS THIS YEARS CONFERENCE!!!! IF YOU DO MISS IT, IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE!!!! YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.
My life has been completely changed through the past conferences! I have never been the same. I remember during last years conference, “CityTakers,” I was asking the Lord a word regarding my calling and I had asked one of the Elders to pray for me. The minute she laid hands on me the Lord showed her my calling. My life was transformed after that!!!!!!!!! Man He has a purpose and a calling over your life!!!!!! sign up as soon as possible! Be cosumed with your purpose!
My God! Where do I start! These conferences have truly changed my life! We went from Retreats to Conferences and it has been beyond impacting! My life was changed completely in 2007’s conference “The Transfer!” Pastor Melina’s session was insane! She ministered deliverance! I thought to myself it’s ok i’m not going to get delivered because I thought I was walking right with God, but little did I know that I was one of those that got delivered! I was delivered from RELIGION! Yes, there is a such thing! My relationship with God became a routine, a religion, but after that service I was delivered and FREE from all Religiosity! From that day my walk with God has never EVER been the same! I thank God for every conference. This conference is going to CRAZY! Expect the unexpected! Just know that you will see GOD!
Im so excited for this years conference. Last years conference changed my way of thinking and the way that I saw the work in the city that I reside, Miami! “City Takers”, last years conference, accelerated everything that I was doing as a leader! I have been to many conferences, but I have never experienced and felt the presence of God like I did at CGC, the Holy Spirit began to break me down and speak to me, not only was I transformed but I saw thousands of young people ignited by passion! I saw miracles being manifested and an outpour of the Holy Spirit!
I’m so excited for this year, what God is saying and doing! The Glory of God is being manifested here at King Jesus and Chosen Generation! If last year changed me forever I am in great anticipation of what God will do this year through these great men and women of God!
Hi everyone, although a lot of you dont know this I would like to start of by sharing that it was in a youth conference well (retreat back in the day) were I fell in love with the Holy Spirit.
I remeber I was “forced” to go to one of these events and I am so grateful that I did because I wouldnt be who I am today if I hadnt experience the love of the Holy Spirit like I did that day.
I want you to know that its one thing to go to an event were everyone from all ages attend sure its powerful, the presence of God obviously falls, and its amazing, BUT its a whole different thing to be in a room of youth that are hungry and desperate for God to touch them. To be in a room of youth that are saying “GOD I want to give you my whole entire life I dont care if im young I want you and nothing and no one else but you”
I remember in the 2007 conference “The Transfer” that I walked into the conference and you could feel the hunger for His presence so much that I threw myself on the floor weeping because I said to myself MY GOD this is exactly how I feel and they are feeling it too. It’s an incredible thing, but it surpasses a feeling its a reality that literally transforms your whole entire being. This years conference is coming up and I encourage you that are reading this – you cant miss it! In fact I dare to tell you that you will tangibly feel the Consuming Fire of GOD in this conference. My name is Sisi and I’m one of the youth leaders at CG. I’m so greatful for these youth conferences. I would like to start lettting you know that every Chosen Generation youth conference that I have been blessed to attend, has marked my life in an impacting way. There is not a single one that has not had an effect in my life and in my walk with Christ. However, I would like to share how God blessed me last year at the youth conference.
God ministered to me so much with the word, the worship was wonderful, the atmosphere in that place was great. I could just lift up my hands towards God and immidiately feel His presence so clearly. It was great!
But the last day of the conference at the very last session was the Holy Spirit took over and P. Frank, P. Melina and P. Andy started to minister to everyone. That’s when God just outpoured himself onto every single person in the room and it was amazing.
I know that in my walk with Christ I had love and compasion for His people and for the lost. But that night, as the young people were walking up to the altar and everyone was receiving a fresh impartaion of the Holy Ghost, something that I’ll never forget happened to me. God started showing me the hunger of the young people for His presence… I couldn’t do anything else but to kneel on the floor face down and cry. As I was crying, I know God giving me a new level of passion for His young people, a new passion for the lost, a new longing to do as well as stay in His perfect will. I can honestly say that God marked me. All of the sudden, I had a greater fire to run after Him. I had a longing to cary my cross like never before.All because He toched my heart in a different way that night. After that night, I have never been the same. I’m convinced of the plans God has for me in this city. I have a passion to run after HIm no matter the situation.
I thank God I was there. At the right place, at the right time.
Being a youth leader, I know we have to be fueld by passion and compassion for the things of God. But there’s a kind of fire, a kind of passion,a kind of compassion, that can only be give by God. A kind of passion that will deliver you out whatever situation your going through just so you can make that decision to take up that cross like never before. That fire, was what I received at last year’s conference. I wouldn’t trade that night for the world because I’m convinced of what God is doing my life.
I thank God for last year’s conference . And I’m expecting so much more for this year. I know I will not leave unsatisfied. I’m expecting for His Glory to do the unexpected….
